What you get

Six deliverables. One written scope. Zero homework.
01
Full Shopify build

Products, payments, tax, and shipping configured and tested with real orders, not handed over half-done.

02
Email flows wired from day one

Welcome, abandoned-cart, and post-purchase flows live at launch. Your store earns from its first visitor, not its thousandth.

03
CASL-compliant SMS foundation

Consent capture, quiet hours, toll-free verification, all documented so you can sell by text without breaking Canadian law.

04
Tracking that actually fires

GA4 + Meta CAPI installed and verified live. When you're ready for ads, you won't be spending blind.

05
Launch-day handover

A one-hour walkthrough plus a plain-language owner's manual. You'll know how to add a product, change a price, and read your numbers.

06
Written scope + change-order pricing

Every deliverable in writing before work starts. Anything outside scope gets a written price before I touch it.

The 10 days, exactly

What happens between “yes” and “open”

No vague timeline, no “we'll be in touch.” You get this schedule in your written scope, with your dates on it.

Days 1–2Products, photos, and copy in. Store structure built.
Days 3–5Payments, tax, shipping configured. Test orders placed and refunded.
Days 6–7Klaviyo flows live. SMS consent + CASL documentation done.
Days 8–9GA4 + Meta CAPI verified firing. Full pre-launch checklist.
Day 10Handover walkthrough. You're live and earning.
Miss the date and it's on me, not you. That's what a written scope is for.

Why this launch, not the alternatives

A Fiverr build

Cheap up front, expensive forever. No flows, no tracking, no CASL, nobody to call. Rescuing these is half my job.

Doing it yourself

The tools are free; your time isn't. Time is the #1 reason store projects stall. Most DIY stores never finish, and the half-built ones cost sales every week they sit.

This launch

One flat price, one accountable person, a written 10-day schedule, and the revenue engine wired in from day one, not bolted on later.

Questions retailers actually ask

I already started a store and gave up. Can you finish it?

Usually, yes. But a half-finished store gets the $750 Store Rescue Audit first, so you're paying to fix what's broken, not rebuild what works. The fee is credited either way.

What do you need from me?

Product photos, prices, and about two hours of your time across the 10 days. That's the whole ask. The point is that you don't become an e-commerce expert.

What does "from $3,500" mean? What moves the price?

$3,500 covers up to 25 products and standard payments/shipping. Big catalogues, subscriptions, or wholesale pricing add to it, in writing, before you commit.

What happens after launch?

The store is yours, fully. Most owners add the Growth Retainer ($1,000/mo, 3-month starter) so the flows keep improving, but it's optional, not a lock-in.

Do you run my ads?

No. I build the system that makes ads worth running. When you're ready, your tracking will already be verified.

Your shop already sells. Let's make the internet part true.

$3,500 flat, live in 10 business days, written scope before a dollar changes hands.
